Designing Learning Experiences that Empower and Inspire

Obnoxiously Excited about Education
A few years ago, one of my students left a single comment on my course evaluation: "She's obnoxiously excited about education." To this day, it is the feedback I cherish the most.
I am an instructional systems designer, an equity-focused practitioner, and an educational development leader dedicated to integrating innovative technology solutions, mindful practices, and systems thinking into organizations. With nearly 20 years of experience in the field, I am committed to fostering environments that nurture creative inquiry and human connection.
My research interests primarily revolve around identity formation and presentation in virtual environments, LGBTQ+ communities in academia, evidence-informed design practices, and human performance improvement. I strive to create inclusive, engaging, and effective educational experiences that empower learners, educators, and leaders alike.
